Stellaris: Leviathans gets $9.99 price for October 20th release

Paradox Interactive today announced the release date and retail price for Leviathans, the upcoming Story Pack for their critically acclaimed strategy game Stellaris (PEGI 7).  Featuring a host of new content such as Guardians, Enclaves, and the fearsome “War in Heaven”,Leviathans is the first Story Pack to be released for one of 2016’s biggest strategy hits.  Leviathans will be available on Windows, Mac and Linux PCs on October 20th 2016, priced at $9.99 or local equivalent.

Stellaris update 1.2 titled “Asimov”

Paradox Interactive, a publisher and developer that’s always working on its personal space, today released the new “Asimov” update forStellaris, the sci-fi grand strategy game from Paradox Development Studio.  Available now for players on Windows, Mac, and Linux PCs, the update comes with changes to the game’s border systems, new systems for diplomatic relations, new graphical enhancements to battle, and a whole lot more.

Stellaris Review

Paradox is known for their historical grand strategy games like Europa Universalis and Crusader Kings, and the question has long been asked of them when they are going to make a space game. Now that they have, they had to abandon historical accuracy and go for future science fiction, which creates nearly endless possibilities. Paradox is out to “make space games great again” with Stellaris, and I can confidently say that they have done so in spectacular fashion, making this the biggest Paradox title to date, but also the developer’s most accessible game as well.
