Developed by Playground Studios and published by Turn 10 Studios. They are using all the tech given to them by Turn 10. The game takes place all in Colorado, offering a wide range of locales: desert, long roads, windy roads, and even snow. No confirmation of actual weather, but we’ll see. There’s a day/night cycle that is an accelerated timescale.
I drove the New 2013 Dodge Viper and it felt looser than Forza 4 but no way arcadey. The cars have been built from the ground up and all still have interiors. Rewind is in full force. Day races are sanctioned and night races are free form. If during a race you do not wish to participate in, you can take a path off the race path and you then exit the race and go into Free Roam. Multiplayer is said to include Free Roam and the races from the career.
A helicopter flew over the Viper as I was racing, and that was the strongest rumble of both bass in my headset and on the joystick I’ve ever felt. I smiled.
