Patch 9 coming at the end of the year for Baldur’s Gate 3, on-track for full release in 2023

Larian Studios has revealed that Baldur’s Gate 3’s next update, Patch 9, will launch alongside a festive Panel From Hell event in December. The team will also be sharing some exciting details about the full launch of the game in 2023 then!

With this Panel From Hell, and in an accompanying Community Update, Larian will expand upon some of the most discussed community topics and plans for the final release in 2023.

Here’s a quick summary of the major points of this dev blog:

• Patch 9, the next major update for Baldur’s Gate 3 is coming before the end of the year.

• There will be a festive Panel From Hell in December.

• Release on track for 2023, more on that in December.

• Acts 2 and 3 are being actively playtested.
