Ghost Bear: Flash Storm, the first campaign DLC for Piranha Games’ acclaimed MechWarrior 5: Clans, is now available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The DLC adds a thrilling new campaign to the action-combat sim set in the BattleTech universe, allowing players to experience high-stakes battles from the perspective of the fan-favorite Ghost Bear Clan.
MechWarrior 5: Clans drops players into the cockpit of a fully-loaded BattleMech during a pivotal moment for Clan domination. Players can fully customize their ‘Mechs and weapons loadouts to dominate the battlefield in fast-paced, tactically rich battles. Squads of up to five ‘Mechs can battle together, coordinating attacks and outmaneuvering their enemies through online multiplayer or by commanding solo AI companions.
The new Ghost Bear: Flash Storm DLC ($19.99) further enriches the experience through an exciting new campaign with 12 new story missions and more than 30-minutes of incredible cinematics that put you directly into the action. Players can also access a total of eight powerful new BattleMechs and OmniMechs, which can be retroactively pulled into the base game’s Smoke Jaguar campaign. In addition, the DLC is accompanied by a massive game update that is free to all players.
