Zurich, Switzerland – May 16, 2025 – Metaroot and Kerzoven are pleased to announce that after more than a year in Early Access, Of Life and Land, the peaceful nature simulation city builder, is now released as version 1.0 on Steam, with a 40% launch discount to celebrate the full release.
The 1.0 Release introduces a brand-new historical scenario about the Counts of Lenzburg, set in the Central Plateau of medieval Switzerland. Players can build the Lenzburg Castle, discover ancient myths, and take part in a time of political conflict between church and empire. New features also include castle construction, single-city scenarios, advanced trade mechanics, and decorative elements like benches, signposts, and flower boxes to bring settlements to life.
