“Steadfast Steward” Update out today for Darkest Dungeon II

Red Hook Studios is happy to announce that the Steadfast Steward’s Update launches for Darkest Dungeon II today!
This update contains a variety of quality of life improvements and is the end product of 2 months of close collaboration between the Red Hook team and the Darkest Dungeon community. Players will be able to experience several hero reworks, improved UI and tooltips, new combat and driving speed settings, and other miscellaneous changes. In May, Red Hook Studios celebrated the two-year anniversary of Darkest Dungeon II’s 1.0 release. In the past year the team was proud to launch the game on Mac and console, add mod support, introduce the brand new game mode Kingdoms and launch the Inhuman Bondage DLC. The game is still set to receive an influx of new content and features, including the highly anticipated third Kingdoms module.
Additionally, a haunting physical edition, the Darkest Dungeon II: Anniversary Edition, for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5 is set for release in Q4 2025. Pre-orders are available now for the US region.
