The team at curator and publisher SNEG is delighted to announce that The Temple of Elemental Evil: A Classic Greyhawk Adventure will be released on Steam on December 10th. This Steam release builds upon the incredible work of the Circle of Eight and Temple+ modding communities, who have supported the game for years. It brings over a thousand fixes and improvements – from enhanced stability and AI to smoother performance, refined UI, and countless quality-of-life updates.
This upcoming release is not just a re-launch; it is the definitive edition of the only D&D video game to utilize the iconic Greyhawk campaign setting and the first to fully implement the deep, tactical rules of the 3.5 Edition ruleset. With this release of The Temple of Elemental Evil, SNEG is preserving and enhancing a piece of RPG history while ensuring modern players can enjoy the game’s rich character creation, authentic tactical turn-based combat, and non-linear questing.
