Narrative stealth adventure, Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream gets a mid-July release date

From Press Release:

Vilnius, Lithuania – July 9th, 2025 — As part of the Future Game Show and IGN Live showcase, Nordcurrent Labs and River End Games unveiled two trailers. They officially announced that their upcoming narrative stealth adventure, Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream, will release on July 15, 2025 for 39,99 USD, 39,99 EUR, 33,50 GBP (PC pricing, consoles pending). The studio also confirmed that a playable demo is available now on Steam and on Epic Games Store, giving players a first glimpse into the atmospheric, story-driven experience. Players’ progress in the demo will carry over to the full game when it launches on July 15, so you can pick up right where you left off.

Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream is a single-player adventure set in a richly detailed world. Drawing inspiration from stealth-strategy and modern narrative-driven games, Eriksholm tells the story of siblings Hanna and Herman, who are pulled into a web of revolution and resistance after a harrowing loss changes the course of their lives. Players will navigate the oppressive city of Eriksholm through the eyes of three different characters, each with their unique abilities, perspectives, and motivations.

In Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream, the city itself becomes a character — a moody, beautifully crafted urban sprawl teetering between industrial decay and political unrest. As the story unfolds, players will uncover secrets hidden beneath the surface of its gaslit streets, fortified checkpoints, and shadowy alleys. With an emphasis on stealth, tactical decision-making, and emotional storytelling, Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream aims to deliver a gripping and immersive gameplay experience.

The newly released demo offers a sneak peek at the game’s blend of atmospheric design, tense stealth sequences, and emotionally driven narrative, giving players an early chance to experience what Nordcurrent Labs calls their most ambitious project to date.

“We believe Eriksholm is a rare blend of emotional storytelling and thoughtful game design,” said Nordcurrent Labs Head of Publishing Andrius Mackevičius. “We’re excited to share the demo with players around the world, finally, and can’t wait to bring the full game to life this July.”
