Swedish developer Might & Delight today announced that its upcoming cozy game, Twinkleby, will launch on 23 September for PC, Mac, and Linux, with full Steam Deck support.
In the star-sprinkled universe of Twinkleby, players will furnish dollhouses and decorate lush gardens on floating islands using their ever-growing collection of antiques.
But decoration isn’t just for yourself – your creative choices will attract a delightful cast of Neighbours who settle into your cozy designs. Supply them with food and activities, make them happy, or if you change your mind — evict everyone and throw their furniture into space!
About Twinkleby
Put your decoration skills to good use as you welcome these tiny visitors and watch them make themselves at home in your stylish dioramas. There’s no rush to satisfy their every wish – the adorable sky folk are happy to wait until you find the time to grant their requests.
And should any of them overstay their welcome, you can simply toss their bags over the edge and by doing so send them drifting off into the starlit skies.
As you play, you’ll expand your trove of peculiar antiques and garden pieces. Anything you wish to swap out can be tossed over the island’s edge, where it will be safely returned to your inventory.
Explore a wide spanning archipelago and craft your own whimsical world, unlocking a smorgasbord of customisation options – from colour palettes, wallpapers, and backdrops to dynamic weather and seasonal shifts. Each choice transforms not only the look of your islands but also their soundscape, giving you full control over the ambience of your dreamlike retreat.
