The overhauled NHL 27 experience introduces gameplay and visual updates that help create the most authentic atmosphere ever seen in the franchise. NHL 27 teams play with distinct identities, and games look and sound more like the real NHL.
EA SPORTS is bringing a new level of authenticity to the ice in NHL 27, with distinct, team-specific arenas featuring authentic goal songs, chants, mascots, reactive crowd moments and more that truly bring the game to life, alongside upgraded intelligence systems that reflect real-world team identities, utilizing 32 coaching playbooks powered by NHL EDGE. Players can also look forward to a fully refreshed broadcast presentation with a new commentary team and graphics that dynamically react to the emotion and context of the game. Together, these changes are designed to make every matchup feel more distinct, reactive and authentically NHL.
