Workshop co-op coming to Prodeus as the first of three phases to eventually add PVP multiplayer

Humble Games and Bounding Box Software have announced that multiplayer will be coming to the highly acclaimed shooter, Prodeus. During the Realms Deep digital event, Bounding Box Software released a brand new trailer filled with guts, gore and guns, teasing a new campaign and community maps as well as new music from Andrew Hulshult. Multiplayer will be rolled out in phases, with the first phase including workshop co-op, followed by campaign co-op and finally PVP multiplayer. Prodeus is the first person shooter of old, reimagined using modern rendering techniques. It reaches the quality fans expect from a AAA experience while adhering to some of the aesthetic technical limits of older hardware. The game features a hand-crafted campaign, fully-integrated level editor, and a built-in community map browser for instantaneous action with nearly limitless levels to play.

Developed by Michael Voeller and Jason Mojica of Bounding Box Software who have a combined 25 years of FPS development experience, Prodeus provides players with fast paced hellish destruction, a dynamic soundtrack and visceral combat scenarios.
