Kyiv, Ukraine – August 23, 2022 – Indie Cup organizers announce the start of the Ukrainian Games Festival event on Steam timed to the Ukrainian Independence day. The event features more than 220 games by Ukrainian game developers – from blockbusters by GSC Game World and Frogwares to indie hits and hidden gems, with 50 demos and 80+ titles now on sale.
Ukrainian Games Festival features S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl (-75%), Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter (-80%), Cradle (-70%), Cossacks 3 (-60%), Ostriv (-10%), Tukoni, Strategic Mind: Blitzkrieg (-40%), FoxTail (-35%), This Land Is My Land, Farlanders, Shatterline, and many more.
Users can browse the games by discounts and demos, genre, style, and themes. There is even a special selection dedicated to games about cats!

About Indie Cup
For the last 6 years, Indie Cup was (and hopefully will be again) the largest indie developers contest in Eastern Europe. More than 450 games participated in the cup annually. The Indie Cup Celebration Steam event ran annually, being the first local event of its kind.
During Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the organizers managed to continue their work on the Indie Cup. The first ever Indie Cup Germany finished recently, and Indie Cup Ukraine awaits Ukrainian game developers this fall.
