Barcelona, Spain – October 17th, 2024. Ave, citizens of Rome. The time has come. After an amazing two year development, in which we put blood, sweat and tears, Abylight Studios proudly announces Citadelum is out.
The strategy game set in Ancient Rome, featuring three layers: city building, exploration, battles and trade, and the gods is available on Steam for PC. This is a full release version including complete campaign with 10 historical levels, Sandbox Mode and a complete editor that allows players to create and share new cities, territories and even complete campaigns.
Citadelum, developed by indie studio Abylight Barcelona, is a new take on the classic city building games you know and love. We introduced a classic camera for players wanting to experience the game in an isometric view and the possibility to play the game in latin language.
Citadelum features a hybrid battle system. Command your legions in epic battles against barbarian armies, egyptians or rebel romans during the Civil Wars. This system allows the player to select units and formations and let them fight in auto mode, or intervene in the development of the battle by means of simple commands.
Citadelum is out now for PC on Steam.
