DALLAS, TX (July 3, 2025) | Today, storied gaming publisher Apogee Entertainment and developer Trigger Happy Interactive announced that the highly anticipated psychological survival horror title, Total Chaos, will now release in Q4 2025 on Windows PC.

Total Chaos is a pulse-pounding, atmospheric nightmare that blends different eras of survival horror hallmarks. It features classically inspired resource management, methodical melee combat and gunplay, haunting visuals, and grotesque environments and creatures.
Originally conceived as an award-winning total conversion mod of DOOM II in 2018, Total Chaos has been significantly reimagined and expanded into a modern standalone experience, amplifying its chilling atmosphere and relentless tension for a new generation of players.
