Deadzone: Rogue is exiting Early Access for 1.0 on August 11th, console versions announced with demo playable today
From Press Release:
7th August 2025, Atlanta, USA – Prophecy Games has announced that their hit roguelite FPS Deadzone: Rogue will exit Early Access for PC on Monday August 11th. It was also revealed that Playstation 5 and Xbox Series owners can download a demo of Zone 1 from Deadzone: Rogue today to experience the popular PVE shooter on console for the first time.
With the announcement of console versions coming, Prophecy Games also confirmed that cross play functionality between PS5, Xbox Series, and PC will be available in the full release of Deadzone: Rogue. Cooperative play is a core part of Deadzone: Rogue, as you can form a team of up to three players to take down waves of hostile machines aboard a mysterious abandoned space station.
“After a strong PC Early Access run with over 300,000 players diving into Deadzone: Rogue, we’re thrilled to bring the chaos to Xbox and PlayStation,” says Prophecy Games. “Expanding to console means even more players can squad up, explore the mysteries of the ISSX, and survive the horrors together – wherever they play”.
The Deadzone: Rogue demo is currently available to download on Xbox Series and Playstation 5, and the PC version with more content available is currently in Early Access on Steam.
