23 APRIL 2026 – Full Steam Ahead! Publisher Black Smoke Studios and Belgium-based developer Kinoko Studio are thrilled to announce that Trackastrophe!, the wholesome train puzzler will be pulling into Steam on May 28th!
Build railway tracks across dreamlike isometric levels and collect new cars, as you navigate ever-whackier obstacles. Tunnels, ravines, slippery ice and interdimensional portals. Keep your little train on track, no matter what and get to the other side in one piece!
About the Game
Trackastrophe! is a puzzle game where you lay tracks to get your loony train across colourful retro-cartoon-inspired worlds, each with their own unique theme and mechanics.

SOLVE PUZZLES – Analyze puzzle maps, find your path by building your tracks with a variety of different direction & movement tiles – then pull that GO-lever and hope for the best!
DISCOVER DIFFERENT CARTOONY WORLDS – Trackastrophe! features 100+ levels across several unique biomes, each including its own unique themes and mechanics – tunnels, portals, slippery ice and many other challenging traps. And, of course, some extra challenging bonus levels for those who dare!
TRAVEL IN STYLE – Customize the little gung-ho engine to your own style using the customization menu. Colors and hats galore!
