Marking the conclusion of the team’s initial development roadmap, the update introduces the all-new deity Yangwu, alongside fresh progression options, gameplay improvements, quality-of-life enhancements, and a wide range of community-driven fixes. Better yet, CableHook Games has confirmed that three additional major content updates including a brand-new campaign, are already planned as Early Access development continues.
The latest Here Comes The Swarm Early Access content update introduces Yangwu, a brand-new deity designed for players who favour economic growth and efficient settlement management. Through a unique set of blessings, a Yangwu relic, and progression paths, Yangwu allows players to maximise resource production, boost building efficiency, generate additional income, and create powerful late-game synergies. The update also expands strategic options with several new Essences, delivers major quality-of-life improvements including enhanced wave visibility and minimap information, reworks disconnected production buildings, and adds a wide range of gameplay fixes, balance adjustments, optimisations, and performance improvements shaped by community feedback.
