From Press Release:
Madrid, Spain — June 24, 2026 – DOJO System announces the console launch of Red Titans, the single-player vertical shoot ’em up developed by TEAM Black Hat Robot, arriving on PS5, Nintendo Switch and Xbox Series X|S on July 9, 2026 at 9,99€. Review keys will be available shortly.
You’re the best pilot. This was meant to be your last mission. Then strange ships appear mid-flight, ships that shouldn’t be there. What was going to be an ending becomes the start of something far bigger, and you’re the first line of defence. Without even knowing it.
Red Titans isn’t out to soften the genre for newcomers. It brings the shmup back exactly as it was: vertical 3:4 screen, upward scroll, real weight to every bomb, and a path that doesn’t forgive. Six stages, five bosses, hand-drawn pixel art, and the genre’s oldest rule — no continues. If you fall, you start again. What gets better is your own hand.
This is a game built to stay with, not to finish on the first run. To chase scores, refine the run, and come back to stage one knowing more than last time. The memory of the vertical arcade, on console.
TEAM Black Hat Robot, an independent studio with developers in Chile and Mexico, has spent years inside the genre (Q-YO Blaster, Space Dragons, Little Fighters on Stream) with a clear sensibility: visual arcade action, high tempo, pixel art with character. Red Titans is their purest shmup: available on Steam since 2023, now landing on consoles with DOJO System.
