As the final chapter and emotional climax of Mary’s journey, Chapter 5 brings the game’s central mysteries to a head, revealing the truth behind her forgotten past, her enigmatic connection to the cat Hamlet, and the meaning of the ominous falling moon. About Schrödinger’s Call
Developed by Acrobatic Chirimenjako, Schrödinger’s Call is an emotional visual novel adventure that unfolds like an illustrated storybook, exploring grief, connection and the hope of being heard. Set in the final 21 nanoseconds before a moon crashes into Earth and ends all life, players follow Mary, a girl who awakens in a strange room with no memory of who she is or how she arrived there. Guided by a mysterious cat named Hamlet, Mary becomes the world’s final listener, answering calls from strangers caught between life and death through an old telephone.
Each call reveals personal stories of love, pain, solace, and words left unsaid, while players slowly uncover the truth behind Mary herself. With theatrical presentation, intimate storytelling, and warm, picture book-inspired visuals, Schrödinger’s Call is a reflective experience about the pain and salvation of human connection, where every voice, memory, and regret carries weight in the final moments before the end.
