Square Glade Games & Silver Lining Interactive are thrilled to announce that the first major content update for Outbound, the cozy camper-van exploration adventure, is officially OUT NOW across all platforms, including Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch & Nintendo Switch 2.
The Fishing Update is a free expansion that introduces a robust, relaxing fishing ecosystem to the game. Players can now craft various tiers of fishing rods, hunt for dozens of unique fish species across diverse biomes, and change up the inside of their customizable mobile homes with more building options!
A Stellar Milestone
The Update arrives on the heels of a monumental month for the title. Outbound enjoyed an incredible multi-platform launch in May, welcoming over quarter of a million players into its vibrant, sustainable world within its first few weeks alone. The game has quickly captured the hearts of cozy gaming enthusiasts worldwide, climbing the charts with its relaxing blend of base-building, vehicle automation, and world exploration – all available for players to explore at their own pace.
The Fishing Update is available now as a free download for all Outbound players on PC and consoles.
