Rogue Eclipse, the “Starfox x Armored Core” spacefighter launches August 7th

Starfox meets Armoured Core in epic roguelike spacefighter Rogue Eclipse, developed by micro-studio Huskrafts and published by Among Us devs label Outersloth.

Announcing the news today, Rogue Eclipse is launching for PC via Steam on August 7th!

Rogue Eclipse will also be playable at PAX West (14th July) and For One Night Only in London (29th July).

About the game

Rogue Eclipse is an epic spacefighter roguelike for the new age. Inspired by the likes of Starfox and Armored Core, as well as the sci-fi frontiers of Arabesque Futurism, Rogue Eclipse brings the best of arcade flight to an epic setting.

You are a pilot on the front lines of the war for humanity’s future. Try, die, and try again, throwing yourself into pitched space battles against swarms of starfighters and armadas of starships in the deepest reaches of the void. Delve into hulking enemy behemoths and blast your way through destructible environments, upgrading your starfighter and honing your skills to vanquish a merciless evil that threatens the entire cosmos.

Husban Siddiqi, AKA Huskrafts, is an indie developer based in the UK running Huskrafts. He’s an alumni of the IGDA Foundation next-gen leaders programme as well as an Epic MegaGrant and Creative England New Ideas Fund Recipient. Husban is currently working on his debut title, epic spacefighter roguelike Rogue Eclipse.
