LOS ANGELES, CA – July 21, 2026 – Moonlight Kids alongside publisher Akupara Games is excited to announce that their time loop metroidvania, Echo Weaver, is coming to PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Switch 2, and PC on October 8. The release trailer debuts today, following our Weaver protagonist as they jump, glide, and race through a shattered timeline that threatens to rewind at a moment’s notice.

Echo Weaver is a knowledge-based metroidvania where time is your only currency and secrets are your only upgrades. As the last of the Weavers — a remnant of a ruined society trapped in a glitching time loop, you’ll explore what remains of Provenance, uncover a deep conspiracy, and piece together the one perfect loop that leads to freedom. Every reset is a chance to go further and every secret unlocked makes you stronger. The demo alone has drawn praise from Rock Paper Shotgun, Kinda Funny Games, and The Indie Informer who called it “a GOTY contender whenever it hits.” An updated demo is available on Steam.
