The World of Warcraft team received an overwhelming response to the mock-up post of Jimothy, the beloved raccoon taking social media by storm, and the team was able to squeeze in a functional version of him in the latest build for the Midnight 12.1 content update, Curse of Ula’tek, now available on the public test realm.Currently, Jimothy is being tested for visual and functional effects and is targeted to go live when Curse of Ula’tek launches. As always with in-development content, that may shift, but the team is excited to share their own version with the intention of making him an earnable companion pet for the community.Details on how players will be able to earn this pet will be shared at a later date. For now, the team is happy to share early renders that have been posted to the WoW social channels below:
