Today, Strange Scaffold (Space Warlord Baby Trading Simulator, CLICKOLDING) has released a prequel story DLC, titled “Quitting Time” for its critically acclaimed arcade shooter I Am Your Beast on PC for $9.99. Strange Scaffold also brings the base game to Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, available now.
I Am Your Beast, first released in 2024, is a high-octane, stylish revenge thriller about hunting down the military-industrial complex. Alphonse Harding has been asked to do “one last job” one too many times; and now turns the tables on his former employer, the Covert Operations Initiative (COI), beginning a furious guerrilla war.
“Quitting Time” is a story prequel that transports players to southeast Asia before the events of I Am Your Beast. At this point, Alphonse is a true believer in his work with the COI. Fighting a shadow war against their rival, the Patriotic Defense League, he’s convinced that every action he takes will bring about a better world.
