Denver, Colorado – June 3rd, 2025 – Developer Monster Theater Games takes flight with its debut title Atomic Owl, a fast-paced hack ‘n slash platformer infused with synthwave vibes and retro pixel art. Built as a true roguelite inspired by the SNES era, Atomic Owl brings vibrant visuals, punishing combat, and endless replayability to PC this summer.
Players will step into the talons of Hidalgo Bladewing, an Owl Shinobi armed with a chaotic, wise-cracking sword, and fight through eight procedurally generated zones filled with danger and discovery.
Atomic Owl launches July 15 on PC via Steam and GOG for $19.99 USD (or regional equivalent), with a 10% launch discount available on Steam. Atomic Owl’s OST will also be available in digital format for a small fee.
