22 OCTOBER 2025 – Prepare, adventurer, as you return to the subterranean nation of Avernum once more. Today, indie RPG veterans Spiderweb Software release Avernum 4: Greed and Glory, a full-scale remake of their 2005 cult classic for Windows and Mac.
More than just a remaster, Greed and Glory has been rebuilt from the ground up in a brand-new engine with overhauled visuals, over 20 new questlines, and sprawling dungeons to explore. It’s a fresh adventure for first-time explorers and seasoned heroes alike, all while keeping the deep lore, branching narrative, and tactical depth that fans love.
