Targem Games development studio has announced Star Conflict: Burrownauts, a new action roguelite set in the Star Conflict universe. The game combines relaxing resource mining and fast-paced bullet-heaven battles. Travel to ancient planetoids, mine rare resources, upgrade your ship, and defend your base against waves of space enemies.
The main feature of the game is the contrast between calm exploration of the insides of planetoids and nail-biting battles against enemies attacking your base. As you progress in the game, you will encounter familiar ships, technologies, and other elements of the Star Conflict universe, but this time in the context of mining, dangerous expeditions and the search for the traces of lost civilizations.

Humanity left Earth long ago in search of a new home, but colonizing the galaxies turned out to be far from simple. Now, survival depends on the resources extracted by space miners on distant planetoids, and you are one of them.
Land on ancient planetoids, make your way to rich deposits, and collect rare resources. Improve your ship to prepare for more challenging missions, monitor the systems’ condition, and fight off hordes of space bandits. The main objective of every expedition is to stay alive and secure the loot despite all the dangers.
Join the Star Conflict: Burrownauts playtest! The first players can now go on their space expedition and try out the new project by Targem Games. There is no restriction on publishing content, so playtest participants can stream the game, record gameplay videos, and post reviews.
You can sign up for the playtest through the game’s page on Steam. The playtest will begin shortly, and you’ll receive a notification when it starts.
