Presenting two new artwork releases, both partly glimpsed in the recent reveal of the official Grand Theft Auto V cover. This pair of illustrations depicts two of our three leads, Michael and Franklin getting things done – by sea, or by land.
Of course many other modes of transport will also be available to accommodate your travel needs across Los Santos and Blaine County this September…

While not stations in the traditional sense with hosts and commercials like the above entries in the series, we’d be remiss if we didn’t include the available selections from the instrumentally infused soundtrack for Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars.
Please note that this is all the music from these stations that’s currently available on each service – some songs don’t yet exist on either Spotify or iTunes, but we’re hoping to be able to add the original songs within our control where possible soon. And for those nostalgic for some of the commercials from these games, be sure to check out The Advertising Council repository if you haven’t before – a proper collection of radio adverts from the archives of LC, VC and SA’s historical radio dials…

Rockstar Games, announced that Grand Theft Auto V is expected to launch worldwide for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system on September 17, 2013.
Los Santos: a sprawling sun-soaked metropolis full of self-help gurus, starlets and fading celebrities, once the envy of the Western world, now struggling to stay afloat in an era of economic uncertainty and cheap reality TV. Amidst the turmoil, three very different criminals plot their own chances of survival and success: Franklin, a former street gangster, now looking for real opportunities and serious money; Michael, a professional ex-con whose retirement is a lot less rosy than he hoped it would be; and Trevor, a violent maniac driven by the chance of a cheap high and the next big score. Running out of options, the crew risks everything in a series of daring and dangerous heists that could set them up for life.
“Grand Theft Auto V continues to push the series forward in new ways; Rockstar North are creating our deepest, most beautiful and most immersive world yet,” said Sam Houser, Founder of Rockstar Games. “We are very excited for people to learn more about the game in the coming months.”
The September release date moves the launch back from its original projected release window of spring 2013 in order to allow additional development time. The biggest, most dynamic and most diverse open world Rockstar Games has yet created, Grand Theft Auto V blends storytelling and gameplay in new ways as players repeatedly jump in and out of the lives of the game’s three lead characters, playing all sides of the game’s interwoven story.
All the classic hallmarks of the groundbreaking series return, including incredible attention to detail and Grand Theft Auto’s darkly humorous take on modern culture, alongside a brand new and ambitious approach to open world multiplayer.

This comes straight from PR, as is. I have no other information or special links. They’re just as cryptic as everyone else.
Rockstar Games, a publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO), is proud to announce the 10th anniversary of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City on October 29, 2012. Building upon the success of the groundbreaking Grand Theft Auto III in 2001, the release of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City in 2002 pushed the open-world game series deeper into pop culture with a vibrant over-the-top take on Miami, a stunning celebrity voice cast and a loving, satirical look at the cultural excesses of the ‘80s.
In conjunction with the anniversary, Rockstar will release Grand Theft Auto: Vice City for a wide range of iOS and Android devices later this fall.
“Grand Theft Auto: Vice City gave players the freedom of a massive open-world in one of the most iconic and vibrant settings ever realized in a game,” said Sam Houser, Founder of Rockstar Games. “It was a defining moment in the series and we’re delighted to be celebrating its 10th anniversary this year with a stunning, updated version for phones and tablets.”
To celebrate the 10 year anniversary of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, there will be a series of commemorative assets released, both old and new, including never-before-seen artwork and a brand new anniversary trailer highlighting some of the most iconic scenes and music from the game. In addition, a limited run of collectable promotional items will be made available for purchase through the Rockstar Games Warehouse (www.rockstarwarehouse.com), with select items available via online giveaways.
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City was originally released in October 2002 for the PlayStation 2 computer entertainment system, just one year after its predecessor, Grand Theft Auto III, changed the gaming landscape forever with its combination of open-world freedom, humor and action in a living, breathing city. Vice City expanded upon the open world gameplay of Grand Theft Auto III, combined with nostalgia for the 1980s to create one of the true high points in the marriage of video games and mainstream pop culture, loved by hardcore gamers and casual players alike. The upcoming mobile version of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City brings the full experience to mobile devices, featuring native high-resolution graphics and several enhancements unique to the iOS and Android platforms.
Coming this fall, the Hostage Negotiation Map Pack DLC for Max Payne 3 introduces four new multiplayer maps – all taken from the single player game and fully optimized for online combat – along with a range of new Items and weapons (including the M24 Sniper Rifle and IA2 Assault Rifle) plus the Filhos De Ogum avatar faction.
The pack will be available later this fall for 800 Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE or $9.99 on PlayStation Network and PC and Rockstar Pass owners can download it, and all other future packs, free of charge upon release.
As an added bonus, we are also releasing an all-new chrome weapons bonus, which will be redeemable by all Social Club members free of charge this week. Check out the Rockstar Newswire for more details on the chrome weapons bonus and on all upcoming DLC info.
