Hello PC crowd, how are you? Good? Good. We’re good, too. You know, just chugging away trying make video games happen and stuff. It’s been a little bit since we last talked, but you know we love you. We got our start as a publisher because of you all, you’ve got a special place in our cumulative hearts.
We know you’ve been dying for an update on when Bad North will be releasing on PC, and today we’re going to shed a bit of light on that! Now, we can’t promise an exact launch date but hear us out because there’s a good reason. You ready?
Here. We. Go.
Bad North is going to be a launch title for Discord’s new storefront! Yeah, that very one Discord announced just a few minutes ago. What does that mean? It means it’s coming this year, but we can’t say exactly when because SECRETS. This also means that Bad North will be a limited timed exclusive for Discord before it hits other PC storefronts that rhyme with “gleam” and “jog”. Those versions are still coming this year though!
If you’ve been keeping track of the console versions, they are still slated for Summer 2018™! Nothing has changed there. It’s another one of those can’t say when situations but it’s soon, we promise.
Rich and Oskar have put in a ton of work leading up to Bad North’s launch and we’ve been playing the crap out of it because it’s so damn great. We can’t wait until you all get a chance to fend off some Vikings and witness firsthand this incredible experience of theirs.
