TOKYO – April 25, 2024 – Video game publisher and developer Cygames, Inc. (HQ: Shibuya, Tokyo; President: Koichi Watanabe, hereinafter referred to as “Cygames”) has announced a free major update coming to the action RPG Granblue Fantasy: Relink for PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, and Steam® on April 26. Included in this update are new playable characters Seofon and Tweyen, challenging new quests, and more additional content.
Control Two All-New Crewmates, Crush All-New Monsters
Free update Version 1.2.0 introduces two all-new playable characters: the sword-swinging Seofon and the bow-wielding Tweyen. Originally appearing in the Granblue Fantasy browser game, these fearsome warriors are members of the Eternals—an infamous crew of ten weapon masters known across the Sky Realm.
Both Seofon and Tweyen are free to unlock by completing certain requirements, or players may opt to purchase a Character Expansion Set (paid DLC) to unlock them immediately.
Also included in the update are two quests featuring all-new monsters. Titled “Gulp… So These Are the Rumored Monsters” and “Lock Horns,” these quests reward treasure used to unlock Seofon and Tweyen.
Paid additional content coming in the update includes a new emote expansion set and item packs useful for upgrading characters, weapons, and sigils. Check the official website (https://relink.

Granblue Showcase: Relink Part 3 is now available on YouTube. The showcase detailed content introduced in Version 1.2.0, in addition to revealing features coming in Version 1.3.0. This included a look at Sandalphon, an upcoming playable character, and Photo Mode, an all-new feature which allows players to customize and screenshot the game, even mid-play. Story
