March 20, 2025 – Hooded Horse and Digital Sun are pleased to announce that they’ve released the 1.0 update for dark fantasy RTS Cataclismo. With this latest milestone, the game is available across Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store.
Design and build fortresses brick by brick to stand against endless hordes, using resource management, siege defense tactics, and exploration to push back the darkness, and hold fast against the creatures of the Mist. The final parts of the campaign, a new biome, and a new game mode are just some of the things that usher in a new era of defiance in the 1.0 update, and you can read all the details here.
Since launching into early access in July 2024, Digital Sun has released over a dozen updates, major and minor. New content includes a new biome, skirmish maps, Sandbox mode, a veterancy system for units, and even an overhaul of resources gathering.
The game is localized from English into German, French, Spanish, Polish, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, and Japanese, and support has now been added for Italian, Czech, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Hungarian.
Cataclismo is available on PC via Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store. for a base price $29.99 / £24.99 / €29.99 / ¥3,980. It’s currently on sale at a 35% discount from now until April 2nd, 2025.
