SEATTLE – Nov. 25, 2025 – tinyBuild and solo developer Casey Donnellan are excited to announce that the 1.0 version of Kill It With Fire 2, the co-op game where you exterminate cross-dimensional arachnids, is available today on Steam, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5, as well as on Game Pass across PC and Xbox, with the Nintendo Switch version arriving in 2026. Players across all platforms can grab the game for a limited time at a 35% off launch discount for $9.99 (standard price $14.99, PlayStation discount available only to PS Plus subscribers). Playable for the first time on consoles, this follow-up to the fan-favorite Kill it With Fire brings you and your friends together to slay swarms of monstrous spiders across the multiverse!
The game has been in Steam Early Access since April 2024. During this time, KILL IT WITH FIRE! 2 received multiple major content updates and garnered a 94% Very Positive user review score. The 1.0 launch introduces a final content update called “Spider Hell,” which includes a massive level inspired by DOOM where you’ll use powerful new guns to take down the eight-legged menace! Be sure to bring your MFG (an homage to the BFG) to the epic final battle with the Spider God.
In KILL IT WITH FIRE! 2, you’ll travel through dimensions alone or with up to three friends to wipe out an arachnid plague! Liberate key locations like a mysterious manor, a town in the Wild West and more, using otherworldly weaponry to eliminate these deadly freaks from the multiverse.
Play through the entire campaign in four-player online co-op and make sure to bring your least arachnophobic companions on this spider-frying adventure. Want to play as a creepy crawly? You can hop into the eight-player PvP Mode – “Spider Hunt” – where you can play humans vs. arachnids!
