Odysseus-themed Updates and DLCs for Achilles: Survivor and Achilles: Legends Untold are available today

From Press Release:

TORUŃ, POLAND, July 10, 2026 — As global interest in Greek mythology continues to surge, developer Dark Point Games is celebrating one of its most legendary figures with a major Odysseus-themed free content update across both of its action titles, bullet heaven Achilles: Survivor and action RPG Achilles: Legends Untold, launching July 10.

Leading the update is a major new content drop for Achilles: Survivor, including an entirely new Realm in Tartarus, a new character, and a timed discount to welcome new players to the game at its best.

The free DLC introduces Odysseus, King of Ithaca, as a brand-new playable survivor. A highly mobile Marksman built for players who favor ranged combat, Odysseus excels at careful positioning, precision attacks, and outsmarting enemies before they can strike.

Known across Greek mythology for his sharp mind, the Trojan Horse, and a rather eventful journey home, Odysseus brings those same traits into battle. His signature power, Odysseus’s Bow, fires a devastating triple-shot barrage capable of shredding any enemies foolish enough to stand directly ahead. His talent, Marksman’s Trap, rewards movement by allowing him to deploy rotating arrows turrets that punish pursuers and control the battlefield.

Designed for players who favor speed, tactical movement, overwhelming-damage ranged builds, Odysseus offers a new way to experience the chaos of Achilles: Survivor, and comes as part of a big, free update to the game.

Meanwhile, Achilles: Legends Untold receives a thematic companion update of its own.

Starting today, Achilles: Legends Untold officially supports Greek language localization, bringing the action RPG closer than ever to the culture and mythology that inspired it. Appropriately, the update also adds a new Odysseus armor set, allowing players to channel the legendary king within the world of Legends Untold.

The Greek localization for Achilles: Legends Untold comes with a very special and meaningful story behind it: The translation was entirely completed by a Tzekino, a passionate member of the game’s community, spending three years helping to bring the game to Greek players. He worked on the localization using little more than dedication, persistence, and a dictionary passed down from his mother, and the Dark Point Games team is humbled by such dedication and support. To celebrate, the development team will publish a special written interview on Steam highlighting the translator’s journey.

Achilles: Survivor is available now on Nintendo Switch, Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S, and it’s on sale for a 35% discount.

Achilles: Legends Untold is available on Nintendo Switch, Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S, and it’s on sale for a 70% discount.
