LONDON, August 24th 2026 – as part of the Pixel Arcadia Showcase, Pantaloon and Tyrmä Games have announced that ROLLA will be launching on Steam on September 30th, with a brand new trailer and Demo.
ROLLA is an arcade survive ‘em up where players take control of a rolling flesh-monster as it wreaks havoc on a series of city landscapes. As the monster rolls, destroys and consumes the city, it grows in size – towering above buildings and causing further destruction to a populace that wants it dead.
But is the monster the real villain here?
“ROLL. EAT. GROW. REPEAT. ROLL. EAT. GROW. REPEAT.” said Tyrma Games Heikki Sillanpää, commenting on the simplicity of the game’s design and core gameplay loop, “ROLL. EAT. GROW. REPEAT. ROLL. EAT. GROW. REPEAT. ROLL. EAT. GROW. REPEAT. ROLL. EAT. GROW. REPEAT. ROLL. EAT. GROW. REPEAT. ROLL. EAT. GROW. REPEAT.”
ROLLA will launch with six city-scapes to destroy, each with their own set of unique Goals. The game also features a thumping synthwave score from DKSTR, online leaderboards and a Steam Deck optimisation.
ROLLA is steam-rolling towards a September 30th release, with the new Demo available now.
