Battlefield Studios reveals Season 1 Roadmap for Battlefield 6, begins October 28th

Today, Battlefield Studios revealed the roadmap for Battlefield 6 Season 1, the first major free update. Each season delivers a game-changing amount of brand new content every month, beginning on October 28 across all platforms.

The first season kicks off with Rogue Ops, which includes a new map called Blackwell Fields, a new 4v4 mode called Strikepoint, new weapons and more. This is followed by the second phase called California Resistance on November 18, which includes a map located in SoCal called Eastwood and Sabotage mode designed for 8v8 Combat. The final phase of Season 1 is Winter Offensive on December 9, which includes a seasonal map update to Empire State and a themed event.

Seasonal content will be released on a consistent basis, adding maps, modes, weapons, and more. All gameplay-impacting features will be free or earnable as part of our commitment to fair play and access for all players.

Launching on October 10, Battlefield 6 is available on PlayStation® 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC (Steam, EA App, Epic Games Store).
