Monday Syndrome, a 90s-themed roguelike office rampager is out now on Steam

From Press Release:

Feb 6, 2026 – Monday Syndrome, a single-player action roguelike set in a hellish corporate skyscraper, launches on Steam on February 9, 2026. You play as an intern trapped in an endless 9-to-5 nightmare, fighting demonic coworkers and climbing a procedurally generated tower to earn “promotions” and escape. (Windows + SteamOS/Linux)

We all know that Monday feeling – when everyone at the office seems to move like zombies and every “quick sync” makes you want to scream. Monday Syndrome is a satirical action roguelike where you do the healthy thing: blow off steam by smashing through a corporate hellscape with absurd office-supply weapons.

Monday Syndrome is a stress-release fantasy wrapped in dark comedy: the office, the routines, the passive-aggressive “Executive Orders” – turned into a fast, chaotic combat playground with destructible environments. It’s catharsis with a keyboard.

FEATURES:

  • Single-player action roguelike in an endless, procedurally generated office tower
  • Fast-paced, chaotic combat with destructible environments
  • Craft absurdly deadly weapons from mundane office supplies
  • “Executive Orders” – powerful boons that also disrupt your run in chaotic ways
  • Choose your profession, get promoted, and push deeper into corporate hell
  • Satirical, dark-comedy tone: the Monday mood, weaponized

The game has already reached 30,000 wishlists ahead of launch.
