Düsseldorf, September 8, 2026 – astragon Entertainment and developer Simteract are happy to announce the release of Bus Simulator 27 for PC, PlayStation®5, and Xbox Series X|S today. The latest installment in the popular Bus Simulator series introduces new brands, coach buses, long-distance journeys, and much more.
In Bus Simulator 27, you take the driver’s seat of officially licensed buses and establish, expand, and manage your own bus company – either solo or together with friends in four-player cooperative multiplayer, featuring full crossplay across all supported platforms.
For the first time in the history of the series, Bus Simulator 27 lets you get behind the wheel of impressive coach buses and take on long-distance journeys across Felicia Bay. Alongside coach buses, the game features a wide variety of vehicle types, including classic rigid and articulated buses, double-deckers, as well as modern electric, CNG, and hydrogen-powered buses.
Bus Simulator 27 features the most comprehensive and advanced bus fleet in the history of the series, with more than 45 highly detailed, officially licensed buses from 13 renowned manufacturers. The lineup includes new brands such as Solaris Bus & Coach, HESS, and SAFRA, alongside returning manufacturers Alexander Dennis, Blue Bird, Ebusco, MAN, Mercedes-Benz, SCANIA, Setra, IVECO BUS, Vicinity Motor Corp and VOLVO.
Bus Simulator 27 is now available for Steam, Epic Games Store, and the Microsoft Store, as well as PlayStation®5, and Xbox Series X|S.
In addition to the Standard Edition, a Year 1 Edition is available. This edition includes the Year 1 Season Pass, featuring another popular coach bus, the Mercedes-Benz Intouro, as well as additional Bus Packs, Cosmetic Packs, and a major FlixBus Expansion, all of which will be released later during the Year 1 Season.
