February 20, 2025 | HypeTrain Digital and RedRuins Softworks are excited to announce the launch of the very first Breathedge 2 Demo, which will take place on February 24. Breathedge 2 is the sequel to Breathedge, an ironic retro-futuristic space survival game with over 13k Very Positive player reviews on Steam.
Breathedge 2 continues the story of the Man facing epic intergalactic problems. Build, craft, manage your crew, look after the chicken, and try to put an end to the Breathedge Corporation without dying or going crazy in the process.
What’s in the demo?
Explore: A large open area packed with a variety of mini-locations, secrets, points of interest, and a total of 3-5 hours of playtime.
Build & Craft: Upgrade your suit, craft & combine stuff, set up oxygen stations, and more.
Survive: Manage your health, hunger, fatigue, and, of course, oxygen – because breathing is still important.
Fight & Collect: Hunt space worms & alkaline moles, battle cosmic fauna, including a full-fledged mini-boss, and gather 48 useless collectibles with funny descriptions.
Meet NPCs: Old and new faces, including a fetch quest for some fresh characters.
Laugh (or cry): Tons of jokes, Easter eggs, ridiculous gags, and our signature humor that will either amuse you or make you question reality.
