Warface celebrating Fourth Anniversary with “Blackwood in Chernobyl” event

Global publisher My.com is thrilled to announce the fourth anniversary of its globally-acclaimed FPS Warface. Since My.com’s takeover of publishing operations of Warface in Europe and North America, the number of its registered players has grown to exceed 48 million globally. To thank the dedicated players of Warface, the developers have prepared an entire series of gifts, as well as a special glimpse of the biggest update in the history of the game called ‘Pripyat’.

During these four years, Warface has been installed by players from 179 countries, localized to seven languages and is also available on Steam. The game is constantly updated, and in the course of four years, has received more than 70 updates. As a gift to the fans of Warface, the developers have revealed some exciting details about the upcoming update, the events of which will unfold in the most famous city of the Chernobyl exclusion zone, Pripyat. As part of the Warface faction in co-op play, the players’ sole objective is to loosen Blackwood’s global grip and bring liberty to those they oppress. In the new video, developers have shown what exactly what the evil Blackwood forces are preparing for Warface players in Pripyat, including their facilities and base of operation. This will allow players to hone their skills of teamwork, strategy and tactics in preparation of the updates release.
