Keep tabs on the competition with a reworked Enemy Gangs system that allows for more nuance, offering optional less violent ways to procure enemy territories, trade, and handle special missions.

Trade legal inventory with local populations for increased profits while Guerrillas maintain smuggling points loaded with firepower to defend operations. Complete quests to seize control of Special Buildings scattered across the map including an Airport to serve as a massive throughput, and a Military Base for secure production. Survival Mode presents a barbarous campaign while Sandbox Mode showcases endless customization for a never-ending run.
