The original trilogy of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games, which includes Shadow of Chornobyl (2007), Clear Sky (2008) and Call of Prypiat (2009), releases today on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles for the first time ever. All the titles are fully playable on current-gen systems via backwards compatibility.
These versions of the classic games are optimized for consoles, including, but not limited to, new interface and controls, refined visuals, adapted shooting system, and achievements. We’re thankful for our partners at MATABOO (https://www.mataboo.com/) for their help and hard work throughout the development process.
All three titles are available digitally for 39.99 USD as a bundle, and can be bought separately for 19.99 USD each.

GSC’s future plans for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy include major updates. The first one is coming soon and will include mod support via mod.io (https://mod.io/). Players on both Xbox and PlayStation ecosystems will be able to create modifications on PC and install them on consoles. Another one is a current-gen patch for Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5. Releasing before the end of this year, it will include graphical/performance improvements and additional features. While we’re not sharing new video or info on S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl (PС, Xbox Series X/S) today, we want to let our fans know that you can expect a prominent showcase of the game in Summer 2024. More details to follow.
