Take the passion of socialism to the stars with a space program befitting an industrious Soviet republic. Research new technologies and establish new industries that allow for the manufacturing, assembly, and launch of rockets into space. From Sputnik 1 to the Vostok program and more, be the first to enter the cosmos and engage in an unprecedented duel with nature.
Building rockets is a combined feat of science and industry; each part is manufactured in plants, shipped to assembly halls, and combined together before being taken to dedicated launch facilities. While scientists may develop advanced blueprints at universities, industry must keep up to ensure a steady supply of the electronics, steel, plastics, fabrics, and mechanical components needed to build these powerful machines, as well as synthesize the specialized fuel needed to send them into space.
Along with a myriad of new industries and resources dedicated to delivering patriotic citizens into the unknown, this expansion offers a tailor-made campaign set in the 1960s that lets players explore the new mechanics in relative peace, surrounded by a happy, healthy, and economically stable socialist utopia.
