Iron Harvest open beta “Pre-Season” begins July 30th until release on September 1st

Larkspur, Calif. (July 24, 2020) – Deep Silver and KING Art Games today announced the upcoming Pre-Season for the critically acclaimed real-time-strategy game Iron Harvest. The game is set to release on September 1, 2020 on PC via Steam, GOG and the Epic Game Store. The console version will be released early 2021.

Starting on July 30 all interested players can join the MECH-anized warfare via a free open beta – the so called Pre-Season – on Steam. Deep Silver and KING Art Games will host the Pre-Season to ramp up for the digital gamescom, featuring to-be-announced competitive activations, streams and more.

Today’s trailer allows for a glimpse of the three factions – Polania, Saxony, and Rusviet – as they ready their giant war machines to go once more into battle across Europe following the aftermath of the first World War.

The digital Iron Harvest experience for Gamescom 2020 will be announced shortly with more details!

Iron Harvest tells an epic, overarching story following three factions and their protagonists. Each faction offers different tactical advantages in the intense strategic battles. This not only allows for an involving story spanning three separate campaigns with 20 missions, but also guarantees deep tactical multiplayer experiences in which strategy beats clicks-per-second every time. Additional skirmish and challenge maps allow players to challenge the AI alone or in co-op with a friend.

  • For the first time, all interested players will be able see a sneak peek on the thrilling campaign mission
  • Skirmish and challenge maps – players can take on the AI alone or in co-op with a friend
  • Competitive multiplayer – players can challenge each other in thrilling toe-to-toe battles on either 1v1, 2v2 or even one 3v3 matches
  • Organized multiplayer – more details will be revealed later
