LONDON, ONTARIO – July 20, 2024 – Digital Extremes revealed a wide variety of new content for its 80+ million player sci-fi epic, Warframe, including an extended gameplay demo for its next Narrative Chapter in the evolving saga — Warframe: 1999 — releasing Winter 2024 on all current platforms. Players won’t have to wait long to go hands-on with new Warframe content, though, with a new 1999 Prologue Quest — The Lotus Eaters — debuting for all platforms this August offering a bite-sized entry into Warframe: 1999 and further staging its narrative stakes.
“I feel so blessed that this incredible community trusts us with this strange new adventure we are setting off on with Warframe: 1999,” said Rebecca Ford, Creative Director on Warframe. “We’ve collaborated with our community collectively over the past 11 years and promise to continue to do so in an era full of space boy bands, Warframes and Protoframes meeting, and working to figure out: Where is Albrecht Entrati?
