No matter where you’re from you can celebrate American grandiosity and pageantry in Los Santos and Blaine County this week, with Double GTA$ and RP in Grand Theft Auto Online starting today and lasting through the entire July 4th holiday weekend (July 1st – July 6th).
Rockstar announces the release date for the highly anticipated Heists for GTA Online, as well as an update to the release date of the PC version.
The first screens and system specs of Grand Theft Auto V for PC as well as a new release date of March 24, 2015.
Identical to last year’s release on older consoles in terms of story, the simply titled Grand Theft Auto V is reworked to utilize the power of the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Without so much as a “HD” or “Remastered” on the box, there’s nothing to suggest anything is different with this release. And for the most part that is true, as you’ll be replaying the same story, but in such a way that it won’t feel the same – especially when that is done from the first-person perspective.
Accompanying the announcement of the “First Person Mode”, Rockstar has also released 25 new screenshots.
The Last Team Standing Update introduces powerful weaponry, tactical gear, high-performance vehicles and all-new Creator features, as well as 10 new Last Team Standing Jobs spread out across Los Santos and Blaine County. We have also made additional gameplay changes to allow for a greater range of game types and enhanced matchmaking.
The update includes two new vehicles, the Sovereign motorcycle and the super-sized and extremely tough Liberator monster truck, perfect for riding roughshod over smaller and weaker vehicles. The update also includes the high-powered Musket, deadly and efficient over long distances. Also included is the new Firework Rocket Launcher.
Coming next week on Tuesday May 13th, it’s time to expand your foothold in Los Santos with The High Life Update for Grand Theft Auto Online, which features new high-end apartments, multi-property ownership, four new vehicles, the powerful Bullpup Rifle and more. This automatic update to GTA Online adds five new options to the Los Santos real estate market at prime locations like Eclipse Towers, Richards Majestic and others, all featuring the latest new interior design. With multi-property ownership, you’ll also now be able to own two distinct properties simultaneously.
The free Deathmatch & Race Creators Beta update for Grand Theft Auto Online is now available for PS3 and Xbox 360.
